Thank you for choosing MartWebs ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). We pride ourselves on engineering high-performance digital products, custom web scripts, and scalable software solutions.

Because our digital agency provides customized, labor-intensive professional services and non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we enforce a strict refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a project or acquiring a product/script from https://martwebs.com (the "Site").

1. Custom Web Development & SaaS Script Projects

For tailored software development, agency builds, and dedicated infrastructure engineering, contracts are split into payment milestones (e.g., upfront deposit, design approval, development completion, and deployment).

  • Upfront Project Deposits: Once a project contract is signed and work or resource allocation has commenced, the initial project setup deposit is 100% non-refundable. This fee covers initial project scoping, engineering preparation, and developmental asset allocations.

  • Milestone Payments: Once a specific project milestone is reviewed, approved, and paid for by the client, that payment is final and non-refundable.

  • Project Cancellation: If a client chooses to terminate a contract mid-build, MartWebs will cease all development activity. The client will not be issued refunds for previous work, and they will be billed proportionally for any outstanding, unbilled dev-hours completed up to the official point of cancellation.

2. Digital Goods, SaaS Scripts, & Downloadable Software

If you purchase pre-configured PHP scripts, website architecture components, layout templates, or premium assets hosted directly via MartWebs:

  • Final Sale Notice: All software downloads, premium script access keys, and source code files are structural digital goods. Once delivery or download access is initiated, purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • Exceptions for Technical Failure: A refund may be evaluated under sole discretion only if the software script contains a verified, fatal defect in the core source code, and our support engineers are unable to fix or patch the issue within fourteen (14) business days of a formalized support ticket submission.

  • Incompatibility Disclaimers: We are not responsible for software failure caused by incompatible hosting configurations, out-of-date PHP server environments, or third-party plug-in conflicts. It is the buyer's absolute responsibility to review the technical prerequisites before purchasing a digital asset.

3. SEO, Consulting, & Continuous Monthly Services

  • Retainer Invoices: Fees paid for recurring Technical SEO auditing, continuous server maintenance, or monthly development retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

  • Service Termination: Clients may cancel their recurring monthly packages at any time. Cancellation will prevent the system from billing the next cycle, but no partial refunds or prorated credits will be issued for remaining days left in the current billing month.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We values transparent communication above all else. If you experience an issue with a billing statement, a technical script delivery, or project deployment, you agree to contact our support desk directly before initiating a formal bank dispute or credit card chargeback.

  • In the event of an unannounced or fraudulent chargeback, MartWebs reserves the clear right to immediately suspend your Client Portal profile, lock active software licensing servers, and pull down in-development web assets until the dispute is resolved.
